Tuppenny Barn Open Day: Celebrating Traditional Rural Crafts

Come along to our Family Open Day to explore Tuppenny Barn and join in the fun activities.
We will have family games and activities, including a wildlife discovery station for the kids.
Have a tour of our growing beds and orchard to see how and where we grow our organic fruit and vegetables.
‘Pick Your Own’ soft fruit & visit the Tuppenny beehives where you can meet our beekeeper.
See & buy from traditional country craft demonstrators and local artisan producers.
Cream teas & homemade refreshments will be available to purchase from our pop up cafe, alongside the Tuppenny Shop, selling our organic range of home made jams, chutneys, marmalades, corals and more.
We will have plenty of activities to keep the kids busy and entertained, and a choice of family friendly tombolas!

About the Organiser
Tuppenny Barn Education is a UK registered charity, whose purpose is to advance education in horticulture and sustainability in West Sussex, Hampshire and the surrounding areas.
We achieve this through:
Cultivating and harvesting organic produce, to create learning experiences for all ages that promote the benefits of growing, cooking and eating organic produce.
Providing facilities, information and advice of the benefits to physical and mental health through engagement in organic horticulture.
Our sustainable Education Centre used by the local community for meetings, lectures, classes and other recreational and leisure activities.
