Wild Spring Super Foods

Spring brings a rich diversity of the powerful super foods that our bodies need to cleanse and rejuvenate after the winter season. Enjoy a morning learning to safely identify and gather wild foods, and an afternoon under the trees and around the campfire together, learning how to preserve and supercharge your vernal wild bounty with techniques such as lacto-fermentation, wild vinegar making, pastes and pestos.
The workshop will be a mixture of foraging, hands-on cooking and demonstrations, with lots of tips, talking and tasting. As well sharing our simple, co-created campfire wild dish, you’re invited to take home what you’ve harvested and prepared.

The Craft Revolution runs a vibrant craft programme of courses, projects, events and talks based on the edge of Northwoods at Schumacher College on the Dartington Hall Estate in Devon. We have developed a range of affordable, accessible craft activities that provide great making for everyone, producing a resilient and flexible programme that reflects the needs of the community.
We offer a diverse range of courses from spoon making to building a tiny home; brewing beer to dressmaking; cheese making to kiln building. In short, a range of courses where you can see craft created from the heart that has purpose, uniqueness and love channelled into it.
