Hands-on bakery assistant/baker for sourdough bakery/cafe.
Full time post for passionate real bread baker in award-winning bakery located in the heart of Exeter’s historic quayside area. Working as part of a small team you will help mixing, shaping and baking sourdough bread and other bakery products for our own cafe and shop in addition to servicing our wholesale operation. Training given to the right person if necessary but some experience or understanding or slow fermentation and handling dough preferred. Opportunity to create and develop product range in a warm and people-friendly environment.
