    Wilde & Greene offer a very unique service. Set in the heart of Tuddenham on Longwood Farm, we are able to offer our customers the very best food that the UK has to offer, from the best independent farmers and producers out there. ​ We challenge the supermarkets and the way that they do business. We run our shop the way that we think every shop should be run – putting our customers and our suppliers before profit and work tirelessly to provide our customers with fresh produce and new products of exceptional quality and with a transparent supply chain. ​ We are extremely lucky, as the farm that our shop is located on also happens to be the only raw milk and raw kefir supplier in the East Anglia area. Helping our customers to improve their overall health is top of our list of priorities – which is why we offer specialty products such as the raw kefir, unpasteurised fermented foods and kombucha. There is always a member of our team who is available to assist you with any queries that you may have about trying new products.

  • Fordhall Organic Farm

    The Fordhall  Community Land Initiative (FCLI) is a social enterprise owned and run by 8,000 non-profit making shareholders. It owns Fordhall Organic Farm, utilising it to reconnect the community to food and farming through events, volunteering and educational activities. The FCLI leases the farm land to a tenant farmer, Ben Hollins. Like any other tenant farmer, Ben manages the land, livestock and farm shop with his own staff and pays a monthly rent to the FCLI. The farm shop and online store stocks meat raised on the farm as well as locally-grown vegetables and locally-produced produce including milk, cheese, yoghurt, honey, alcohol and other artisan foods. They now have their own bakery on site, making pasties, pork pies, sausage rolls, steak pies and more. Fordhall can deliver nationwide though the online shop or you can pop in and collect your meat and produce fresh from the counter. As well as the farm shop and educational visits, Fordhall also has its own 30-seater bistro. Arthur’s Farm Kitchen serves hot food all week (Tues-Sun), starting with breakfasts, followed by lunches and cold sandwiches or soups late afternoon. All this in addition to home-made cakes, scones, freshly ground organic and fairtrade coffee, organic/herbal teas and a great atmosphere.

    FARMA, The National Farmers’ Retail and Markets Association, is the trade association for farm shops, farmers markets and pick your own farms in the UK. It is run as a co-operative of around 400 businesses that share one thing – a passion to promote food which is grown and sold by the same hands.

  • Waltham Place Organic Farm and Gardens

    Waltham Place Farm is a 220 acre organic and biodynamic farm of which 50 acres is woodland and gardens, 40 acres is arable and the remainder is permanent pasture and grass leys. The estate is both Soil Association and Demeter certified. The farm rears organic beef, lamb and pork which is for sale all year round, and in the summer season dairy produce is available in the farm shop. There is an organic kitchen garden which produces seasonal vegetables and fruit. During the open season May-September, visitors can go around the gardens, and sample the estate produce in the tea rooms. Throughout the year there is an active Schools Education programme and also training courses for adults. See website for opening times and further details.

  • Riverside Real Food

    Riverside Real Food (RCMA Social Enterprise Ltd) runs three weekly Farmers’ Markets in Cardiff; Riverside, Roath and Rhiwbina. The Markets provide access to the very best in local, fresh, Welsh and organic food – supporting sustainable agriculture  and reducing food miles and wasteful packaging. RCMA also runs a community garden and programmes of food-related outreach and education projects in the local community, including Blas pop-up events. Blas is the welsh word for taste, something they are all about at Riverside Real Food. Frustrated by the lack of opportunities for traders producing incredible streetfood,  the organisers started Blas, a series of pop up food events filled with locally-made dishes and drinks. These have become a community gathering for people who love their food local and delicious. Blas has been running for two years with pop ups in Riverside, Roath, Cardiff University and Pontcanna and has been a starting point for many food businesses that you see popping up all over Cardiff.

    We are a small, traditional, family-run farm eight miles outside of Oxford. We grow organic vegetables, rear pigs and lamb, have horses on livery and host a produce market every Thursday 10pm-6pm and Saturday 10am-2pm in our barn. Also every other Saturday at East Oxford Market 10am-1pm.

Sheepdrove Organic Farm is a guaranteed GMO-free zone; they never feed GM soya or maize, and no pesticides or synthetic chemical fertilisers have been used on the land for over forty years. Opened on May 22, 2012 – our store is a relocation of the previous Brewer Street store and set firmly at the heart of London’s best shopping district within the prestigious Quadrant development.
