    Established in 1970, this worker’s co-operative runs an award winning vegetarian café and healthfood shop. In the shop, you will find the largest selection of veggie, vegan, organic food and Fairtrade food in the Northwest. They also sell a broad range of nutritional and herbal supplements, cruelty free, natural and organic cosmetics, eco-friendly cleaning products, vegetarian and vegan alcohol and so much more. The basement café creates fresh, wholesome and exciting vegetarian meals and vegan meals, perfect for hearty, healthy eating or you can pop in for an afternoon pick-me-up of fairly traded and organic coffee and locally made vegan cake.  In addition, they host and run events and offer space for local groups to meet.
