Marriage’s mill a wide range of bread making and culinary flours, organic varieties and speciality flours, including stoneground wholemeal flour traditional milled on horizontal French Burr stones. We select the best possible grains for consistent flour quality, sourcing wheat from local Essex farmers where possible, including family farms near Chelmer Mills. Marriage’s supply home bakers, as well as bakeries, caterers and manufacturers. Our technical bakery team can visit customers’ bakeries and production sites as well as offering phone support.

    Calum Richardson set up The Bay Fish & Chips in 2006 with his wife Lindsay, and since then, the couple have taken their takeaway to the top, serving thousands of portions of fish & chips to many happy customers and winning many industry awards along the way. The haddock used in The Bay’s award winning fish and chips is Marine Stewardship Council Chain of Custody certified (The first fish and chip shop to be granted this certification) and the quality and provenance of ingredients used is crucial to The Bay’s success – Calum’s menu will tell you the name of the boat that landed your fish, and the farm that grew your tatties. Calum’s high standards in all areas of his business, from ingredients to customer service to cleaning products meant that in 2013, The Bay was the overall winner of the National Fish & Chip Awards. The Bay is also one of the most highly rated restaurants in the UK by the Sustainable Restaurant Awards. Calum is a highly respected ambassador for Scottish seafood and Scottish fishermen, and regularly works with other chefs, food industry figures and schools to promote the benefits of Scotland’s natural larder.

    Farm to Fork & Fish is an exciting butchery, fishmonger and deli with the emphasis on fresh, seasonal, local, top quality produce. In a convenient location on the B1150 north of Norwich, in the village of Horstead near Coltishall in the Norfolk Broads. Free parking – look for signs opposite The Recruiting Sergeant Pub. Our friendly helpful staff can advise you on anything from cooking times to menu planning. Our hot pies, sandwiches and filled rolls are perfect for lunch on the run, while our new range of Ready Meals and Oven Ready Fish are perfect for stress-free eating at home. Prime cuts of meat from our award-winning farm are available from the meat counter along with fresh fish from the wet fish bar.
