The award-winning River Cottage Cookery School in Devon is home to over thirty fun and interactive cookery courses. All our courses are led by our expert team of chefs and use the finest local and seasonal ingredients available on the day.
Foodies can indulge in the classic one- and two-day courses, covering the full repertoire of need-to-know chef skills. Meat fans will love our Pig Butchery and Curing & Smoking days, whereas fish fans will revel in our Seashore Foraging, Fish Cookery and Shellfish Cookery courses. Our green-fingered followers are kept busy with our Beekeeping and Get Growing courses, whilst our specialist supporters enjoy a touch of Cheese Making and Preserving.
